Tina Chang to Speak at NCEO Annual Conference in Milwaukee

Tina Chang, CEO of SysLogic Inc., will serve as a panelist at the upcoming NCEO Annual Conference, taking place April 6–9 in Milwaukee, WI.

Hosted by the National Center for Employee Ownership, the annual conference brings together leaders from employee-owned companies to explore governance, leadership, and operational strategies that support long-term organizational performance.

Tina will participate in the session, “Managing Cybersecurity Risk: Must-Dos for Boards and Leadership,” which will examine cybersecurity risk and the role of boards in overseeing an organization’s security posture. She will be joined by Johan Hammerstrom, CEO of Community IT Innovators, Inc., and Janet Schulz, Chief Administrative Officer of MyPath.

The session will provide an overview of cybersecurity risk and mitigation, with a focus on the responsibilities of ESOP boards. Topics include board-level oversight of cybersecurity, relevant compliance frameworks, and considerations related to cyber liability insurance.
